Terms and conditions for the services sold by “Les Paillottes de Babaomby” and Kitesurf Madagascar.
To make a valid reservation, it must be done via the website or by email.
A 30% deposit of the total cost of the reserved stay must be paid at least 45 days prior to the arrival date.
The reservation is only valid and accepted upon receipt of the 30% deposit.
A confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the client upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 15 days prior to the client’s arrival.
Bank fees are the responsibility of the client.
Children are welcome in the hotel.
Children up to 7 years old can stay for free (accommodation in the same bungalow as the parents).
A babysitting service is available during the day at a rate of 10 € for 4 hours.
The option of adding an extra single bed is available in the bungalows, and 2 single beds in the studios.
The rate per extra bed is:
From 0 to 10 years: 45 € per day
From 12 to 15 years: 65 € per day
Low season: March, April, September, October, and November.
High season: May to August (inclusive).
The Kitesurf Madagascar Club is open from March 1st to November 15th.
Special Group Rates
From 1 to 8 people: 10% discount on accommodation rates.
From 9 to 14 people: 15% discount on accommodation rates.
From 15 to X people: 20% discount on accommodation rates.
Supplements (not included in the base rate)
Laundry and ironing service
The non-included services must be paid on the last day of the trip in Euros or Ariary.
Invoices are issued in euros for foreign clients and in ariary for local clients based on the average weighted exchange rate of the bank on the day of invoicing.

The client is responsible for the transfer fees.
The transfer receipt must be scanned and sent by email to guarantee the confirmation.
Any payment delay will result in a penalty of 10% of the total invoice amount per month of delay if it has not been settled within 30 days after the due date.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
Up to 30 days before the stay: 50%
Less than 30 days before the stay: 100%
Any unused services on-site are non-refundable.
Les Paillottes de Babaomby cannot be held responsible, and the client cannot claim any compensation in the event of changes after reservation.
Example: If there are changes to itineraries or trip cancellations due to unforeseen events, weather conditions, economic factors, political situations, airline delays, etc.
In the event of a complaint, if the parties fail to reach an amicable agreement within 15 days, the dispute will be settled by the competent court of Diego Suarez.
