Rental Conditions
- Ability to practice autonomously, riding upwind. We reserve the right to refuse rental if your level does not allow it based on weather conditions or the spot.
- Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of kite safety to one of our instructors.
- Use the equipment only within the Mer d’Émeraude site.
- The equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was rented. In case of breakage or damage, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs of the equipment.
- We reserve the right to cancel the rental in case of misuse or mishandling of the equipment, or if we believe that your safety or the safety of others is at risk.
