Booking and cancellation rules

Reservations

All reservations must be made by telephone or internet.

A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price must be paid 45 days before arrival to confirm the reservation.

Reservations are not confirmed until the 30% deposit has been paid.

A booking confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the 30% deposit has been paid.

The outstanding balance must be paid max 15 days before arrival.

Transfer or bank fees must be paid by the customer.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified of by email.

Cancellation fees are the following:

Up to 30 days before arrival date: 50%

Less than 30 days before arrival date: 100%

Any unused service on-site does not entitle to any refund.
